update is here - Version 7.7 is on the web top
We've just published an update for all EMA-covered
customers. To run this update you must be an EMA subscriber
through December of 2007 or beyond. Download the update from this
link:
www.rpms.com/product/new/setup.exe
Instructions for processing the update can be
previewed
right here. If you believe that you are eligible to install
this update, you may want to double check to be sure that you have
applied the EMA code you were sent when you last enrolled. From
within
RPMS, click Help, then About RPMS V7. The last line of the
message
indicates the last EMA coverage code applied. The update will not
run
if the EMA Covered Through date is prior to December 7, 2007.
This update has some terrific enhancements, including the all new
Matrix reports, QuickBooks integration, and more. See
Cool New Stuff below. If you are not eligible for this
update,
consider enrolling in our EMA program. Contact us to sign up.
Cool New Stuff top
- RPMS is now Made for QuickBooks®. All EMA subscribing users
can now automatically post commission checks to QuickBooks deposits,
and Inventory receipts to QuickBooks bills as payables.
- The all-new Matrix (Cross Tab) history reports – like Excel pivot
tables, but without all the work. Simply declare the entities you want
across the top and down the side and the values to put at the
intersection.
- Added agency-definable phone number masks – you key the phone
number, RPMS formats it the way you wants.
- Improved the modeling process for Purchase Orders – contacts can
go across as they are, or be reloaded from defaults.
- Improved the broadcast E-Mail sending ability in Direct
Marketing, to work with more SMTP servers.
- Created a brand new Install program for RPMS – simpler, stronger,
and 100% compatible with Windows Vista.
- Added Comodo® digital certificates to RPMS executable
programs, for surety and compliance
