We've just published an update for all EMA-covered
customers. To run this update you must be an EMA subscriber
through November of 2008 or beyond. Download the update from this
link:
www.rpms.com/product/new/setup.exe
Instructions for processing the update can be
previewed
right here. If you believe that you are eligible to install
this update, you may want to double check to be sure that you have
applied the EMA code you were sent when you last enrolled. From
within
RPMS, click Help, then About RPMS V7. The last line of the
message
indicates the last EMA coverage code applied. The update will not
run
if the EMA Covered Through date is prior to November 19, 2008.
This update has some terrific enhancements, including the all new Sales
Rep Re-assign, Invoice re-number, and more. See

update,

Cool New Stuff top
- NEW! Added batch Sales Rep transfer to the Administration system.
Now you can change large groups of customers from one sales rep to
another by sales rep, territory, city, state, and/or zip code range, in
one operation.
- NEW! Added sort and search by Order Number to Commission
Reconciliation.
- NEW! Added the ability to easily change an invoice number in
Commission Reconciliation.
- Improved 135 different report sequences, that now carry better
re-stated heading information to following pages, whenever a
sub-heading is broken by page.
- Improved the Commission Aging reports, by adding the ability to
print invoice notes
- NEW! Added a System Codes List to the available Reports.
- NEW! Added an Inventory Count Sheets report for Inventory users
to take physical inventory.
- Improved: Added the entity name to the snapshot detail form for
secondary and tertiary lines in the multiple-values snapshots.
- Improved: Last used snapshot screen settings – font change,
column sizes, left, top, & width – are now saved.
